We are a small space, enter through the bright green door and place belongings on hooks and bench before you begin.

Follow the traditional sequence & vinyasas. Avoid skipping postures unless agreed upon by your teacher.
Communicate if you do not want hands-on adjustments.
We do not practice on new & full moons.
Inform your teacher of any injuries or conditions that might affect your practice.
Maintain cleanliness: Shower before class and keep your mat and accessories clean.
Bring a sweat towel.
We suggest to avoid eating at least 2 hours prior to practice.
Water bottles should remain with your belongings.
Shoes stay on the rugs, not the wood floor. Store belongings on hooks or benches.
Our cafe opens at 9 AM. An alarm at 8:50 AM signals the last 5 minutes of class, and a second alarm at 8:55 AM reminds students to clear the wood floor for cafe setup.
